Here the vGPU Manager is referring to the drivers on the host, like ESXi
And the guest VM drivers are that on your Windows/Linux guest OS
The Guest VM drivers should match the host, the only time they should differ is during an upgrade
As for whats in supports, as of March 2025, these are in support from Nvidia, so if you arent on a supported version, you will want to upgrade
